Heaven on Earth on the collective level will be characterized by indomitable positivity, harmony, and peace on all levels of collective life-family, community, nation, and the world.

With reference to education, Heaven on Earth will be characterized by ease and simplicity for gaining full enlightenment without much time and effort.

With Heaven on Earth, education will readily deliver the fruit of all knowledge to everyone-life free from mistakes and suffering, life in fulfillment, life in ever increasing progress and success.

With Heaven on Earth, education will fulfill the cosmic purpose-life in bliss. The unfoldment of full creative genius, which is the goal of education, will be easily achieved by everyone, and perfection in life will be effortlessly gained by everyone.

Economy

With reference to economy, Heaven on Earth will be characterized by the experience of fulfillment in the state of self-sufficiency on one side, and on the other side, by the lack of the craving for wealth in the world; because everyone will fully enjoy what he has, and will get what he needs or what he wants, through the support of Natural Law without having to struggle.

With Heaven on Earth, success will be based on the principle of doing less and accomplishing more.

With Heaven on Earth, every area of economy will be characterized by affluence at all times.

With reference to defense, Heaven on Earth will be characterized by victory before war-lack of the need to prepare for defense- because everything and everyone will be on the path of evolution, and as a result, coherence in every country will be so strong that invincibility will be a natural feature of national life. No negativity will arise and no enemy will be born for any nation.

With Heaven on Earth, every nation will spontaneously radiate a nourishing influence to neighboring nations, and the whole family of nations will naturally enjoy harmony and real freedom.

With Heaven on Earth, invincibility will be the national characteristic of every nation, victory before war will be enjoyed by every nation.

With reference to science, Heaven on Earth will be characterized byresearch programs of Maharishi's Vedic Science for everyone to unfold the infinite creative potential of his own consciousness, and live perfection in daily life. Everyone will realize the supreme level of life in perfect health, happiness, and mastery over Natural Law.

With Heaven on Earth, complete knowledge of Natural Law and its infinite organizing power will be a living reality in the life of everyone through Maharishi's Vedic Science.

With Heaven on Earth, science and technology will enjoy the supreme level of dignity, when a scientist or a technologist successfully fulfills his desires through skillful use of Natural Law.

With reference to government, Heaven on Earth will be characterized by the ability of government to satisfy everyone.

Heaven on Earth will bring fulfillment to all systems of government existing in the world today - communism, capitalism, democracy, monarchy, etc.

With Heaven on Earth, everyone will spontaneously live according to Natural Law. Natural Law-predominant national consciousness, will spontaneously enrich national law with the quality of Natural Law. The administration of every government will rise to the level of perfect administration of nature's government: national law will be in alliance with Natural Law.

With reference to agriculture, Heaven on Earth will be characterized by balance in nature, seasons on time, ideal weather, and maximum productivity of the seed and the soil.

With Heaven on Earth, support of nature will bring abundant harvest easily and effortlessly to every farmer, season after season.

With Heaven on Earth, agriculture will enjoy the dignity of a celebrated profession. A farmer will be honored as a nourishing father of the nation. Agriculture will provide the stable basis to the economy of every nation.

With reference to religion, Heaven on Earth will be characterized by immediate response to one's prayer.

From the platform of every religion, Heaven on Earth will be characterized by life in accord with the will of God- life in accord with Natural Law.

With Heaven on Earth, everyone will spontaneously radiate the grace of God in his daily life.¹

With reference to law, Heaven on Earth will be characterized by the lack of the need for enforcement of law.

Maintenance of law and order will be automatic with everyone spontaneously behaving in accord with Natural Law, which is always evolutionary.

With reference to rehabilitation, Heaven on Earth will be characterized by the lack of the need to rehabilitate because everyone, naturally set on the path of evolution, will not create problems either for himself, or for his surroundings.

With Heaven on Earth, everyone will enjoy perfect freedom in a crime-free society.

With reference to art, Heaven on Earth will be characterized by the fullness of life spontaneously blossoming in every field of human appreciation.

With Heaven on Earth, every expression of life in the world will be beautiful, blissful, and purposeful.

With reference to culture, Heaven on Earth will be characterized by cultural integrity in which every nation will blossom in the richness of its natural cultural dignity.

With Heaven on Earth, life will be lived spontaneously in accord with the Natural Law of the land. No culture will overshadow any other culture.

The whole world family will be a beautiful mosaic of different cultures. With the full blossoming of culture on earth, civilization will be perfect.

Heaven on Earth will be characterized by a perfect civilization.
